Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactVery beautiful!
The focus is in the very centre of the photo and the background is perfectly blurred. However, it would have looked much better had the focus encompassed the whole rose instead of just a part of it.
The colours are soft and beautiful. They give us a sense of gentleness only flowers and nature can, reminding us how fortunate we are to be able to gaze upon them and find beauty in what we see, for not everyone is even capable of that.
The petals are lovely and well-presented, but the rose is slightly withered at the edges, making it look old. The photo would have been much better had the rose been fresh.
All in all, beauty itself resides here.
